Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not currently allow returns or exchanges.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 48 hours, we will not be able to issue you store credit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit in the amount of the item(s) you purchased.
